Hot Key Access
About the Hot Key
When Chat Watch is logging chats you can quickly access Chat Watch to
view the chat logs by pressing its hot key. The hot key is a combination
of three separate keys that when pressed simultaneously will open Chat
Watch. (Chat Watch must be logging chats when the hot key is pressed in
order to respond to the hot key.)
Setting the Hot Key Options
To set the hot key options open Chat Watch's settings and click Hot
Key Access. To enable hot key access select the Enable hot key access to
Chat Watch option. Next, select the hot key combination by choosing a
key in each of the three dropdown boxes (Key 1, Key 2, and Key 3).
Note: Chat Watch logging must be started for the hot key access to
work. If logging is not started pressing the hot key will not open Chat
Watch. You will have to run Chat Watch by clicking on its shortcut in
your Start menu or by double-clicking the cw5.exe file. |
